That is why people complain about being “too tired to work out” all the time. Dude, here’s the funny paradox: The very REASON you are “too tired to exercise” is BECAUSE you are not exercising!!! Exercising brings you full circle, you get deep revitalizing oxygenation, proper fueled hydration which flushes out and sweats out all the toxins and starts a cellular kinetic energy chain enhancing your energy output, as well as knocking up and FORCING your body to adapt to the new high energy expenditure. Stress and negative emotions (brought on by consistent negative thinking) are severely damaging.

When you learn to relax more, chill the fuck out, have fun and BE HAPPY you will find your health improving tenfold.   3. Hi J, hype implies something that is not real. This blog is called AUTHENTIC King, many newer guys see me talk about the results they will (and Are) getting from my material and think it is hype. it is just too far outside of their own reality right now so they think it’s all hype.
